That's almost criminal...

Your style's a lot of fun, and looks to be a nice and upbeat change of pace from the last few downer issues.

The one thing that struck me as weird was that: Spider-Man's webbing is black?

I think the relaunch is going to caught some old timers of the series off-guard. I mean, I was caught off-guard when reading the script.

The webbing. When I got the ongoing gig I spent quite a long time thinking about the look of the series, the story-telling approach, hits and misses of the Ultimate Spider-Man Annual I did and how was I going to endure the monthly rhythm... examming everything. I realized that one of the details that was very time consuming was, amazingly, drawing the webbings. It's up to the artist, in Spider-Man history it's being drawn in different ways so I came up with this idea of black webbings. It's done in one stroke and certainly saves time I could use in other parts of the process that are more important.

I've got to say, this cover is brilliant! I wish there was a larger copy out there, or that Marvel offers this as a poster some day.

It's a delightful layout, and all the characters are looking excellent! Spidey out in front with the rest of the crew coming out around them; it's a fantastic first issue cover! I can't wait to see what you do with the interiors, and getting all these characters interacting with each other!

(Kitty looks amazing and I hope that she's going to be around for a while, along with Iceman, Johnny and Jessica up there!)

Great pic. This style of spiderman is new to me. Not that I'm complaining, though. Its great!

this was a rather difficult piece to get to. I think I did 6 sketches, then one was selected, then I edited a little, etc. but I'm proud of how it turned out. I had a lot of fun with the supporting cast

nice layout! i like how the different backgrounds put the characters in different places yet they're all together. nicely done!

Well, I think it turned out beautifully, and makes for a brilliant first-issue cover! I just hope that they release it as a poster one of these days, as everyone is looking fantastic.

I can't wait to see the first issue when it comes out on Wednesday! Keep up the already very awesome work!
